The Fight Isn’t Over — But the Truth Is Winning
A Texas judge just dissolved the gag order that Phi Theta Kappa used to block my book — a book about surviving sexual assault by PTK’s CEO, and what happened when I tried to speak up.
That should have been the end of it.
But instead of stopping, PTK doubled down. They’ve spent millions of student dollars to silence me in court. They’ve sent cease-and-desists, buried employees under NDAs, and weaponized legal threats to suppress whistleblowers, advisors, and survivors.
They lost in court. Twice. But they still won’t stop.
Just this week — outside the courthouse, in front of my husband, son, and mother — Kevin Cullen of Victoria, Texas turned to PTK CEO Dr. Lynn Tincher-Ladner and said:
“I thought she was at least going to be hot.”
Tracy Betz and Jonathan Polak of Taft Law laughed along with Cullen and Tincher-Ladner.
That’s how they treat survivors.
And yet they claim to stand for students. For scholarship. For truth.
Enough is enough.

This is about more than one book. This is about every student, advisor, and employee who has been intimidated, erased, or threatened into silence.
The movement is growing. The truth is louder. And I won’t stop speaking.
Until then, here’s a teaser:
